In 2017, Rishab Lath joined the business after completing his engineering in Electrical and Instrumentation Technology from Bangalore. With a modern technical approach and focus on industrial growth, he played an important role in expanding the company into advanced earthing and lightning protection solutions under the Norton Power brand.
